Course Description:

If you are having problems with scheduling treatment one main reason could be because there is no trust. Most patients feel like we are used car salesmen who only want their money and don't truly care about them. I will teach you how to relate to the patient and build relationships so there is trust and the patient will want to agree to the treatment.
