    One thing that I say everytime: “we want to fit into your budget” and offer all the financial options that you can offer.

    We improved our patient handoff process.  Before our patients leave the office our patients hear what their next step treatment is at least 4 times.

    We focus on creating emotional value with the patient and making the financial investment affordable.  If you are presenting the financial arrangement without having the patient see emotional value you put yourself in a tough position to discuss the money.
